Seasonal Sales Associate
Glass pumpkin season is just around the corner and we are seeking two seasonal part-time employees to join our team for the fall! Duties will include, but not limited to, processing sales in the Gallery and online, sorting, packing and shipping glass pumpkins, managing online orders, tagging and pricing inventory, and occasional help in the hot shop. If you are flexible, organized, thorough, efficient, and work well in a team, this seasonal position could be right for you. Opportunity to become a full time position and learn the art of glass blowing!
Hourly rate between $16 -$20 based on experience.

About Us:
Leonoff Studios maintains two galleries side-by-side in Carmel Valley Village. Nick Leonoff Contemporary Gallery displays our high-end contemporary sculpture, while Leonoff Art Glass is home to glass pumpkins, gourds, and hearts galore! We participate in a number of craft shows and glass pumpkin patch events, and our work is displayed in several other galleries across the country.
Responsibilities:
The Seasonal Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of our galleries including but not limited to:
Packing and shipping orders
In-person and online sales
Cleaning and Merchandising galleries
Inspecting and preparing glass objects for sale
Maintaining accurate inventory for website and catalog
Loading/unloading cargo van
Assistance creating and posting content for social media/website
Occasional assistance with craft show events
Assisting artists as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Previous sales experience
High level of organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Social media experience preferred
Photography experience a plus
Interest in art/blown glass
